With guidance from Eryn and thoughtfully structured sessions, each class is designed to empower students of all experience levels. Whether you're learning how to avoid danger, escape a grab, or respond to an attack, you'll leave each session stronger, more aware, and better prepared. First Aid, CPR and AED training is designed for anyone with little or no medical training, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. *** Due to the shortened time of this training, individuals who register for this session must complete four hours of independent pre-work.
