Jabulani is a celebration of our African culture and campus pride honoring our Black graduates upon completion of their Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate programs.  The Mission of the Black African Baccalaureate, Masters, and Doctorate Ceremony is an Afrocentric celebration of the scholarly achievements of Black, African and African American students at San Francisco State University.
