Evan Kidera (B.A., ’04; MBA, ’14) is the co-founder and CEO of Señor Sisig, a pioneering Filipino-fusion restaurant. While earning his MBA at SF State, Kidera and his friend Gil Payumo launched their first food truck in 2010. Señor Sisig has since expanded into a fleet of food trucks and three brick-and-mortar restaurants, with a fourth opening in 2025. Welcome to San Francisco State, where everyone has their own story.
