Pre-Health Post-Bac Application Guidance Info Session - Fall 2026

Learn the ins and outs of the Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Certificate application process. We will cover the various components of an application and provide tips for creating your strongest submission. We will also answer any questions you may have. Applicants who have already submitted their application are welcome to join the meeting. We will include: coaching on essay prompts Instructions on how to complete the Coursework Spreadsheet; advice on how to work with your letter writers; and an opportunity to ask questions about the application process. Welcoming the 2026 Spring semester with local environmental organizations tabling, along with a clothing swap with textile mending aid from our Queer/Trans Resource Center (QRTC) in our historic Cesar Chavez Student Center Lobby, the Associated Students Environmental Resource Center (ERC) invites all Gators to take the first steps towards showing up for our environment. Gator Giving Day raises nearly $200,000 for students, programs and clubs
More than 900 donors support SFSU’s second annual fundraiser San Francisco State University’s second annual Gator Giving Day delivered a strong showing, nearly doubling last year’s total and far surpassing its fundraising goal. During the 24-hour campaign on March 18, more than 920 supporters contributed $196,735 — exceeding the $110,000 goal by 78%. Funds will support student clubs, academic departments, programs and scholarships across the University. Alumni accounted for the largest share of donors (26%), followed by faculty and staff (22%), supporters of the University (20%), students (15%) and parents at (6%). Throughout the day, matching gifts and challenges encouraged participation and helped donors maximize their impact. Perfect Pair, a student organization that connects students with older adults in assisted living facilities, won a social media challenge that secured an additional $500.
