Join the Gator Outdoor Adventures program for a spectacular day of sightseeing and hiking in beautiful San Francisco! The Golden Gate Bridge and Kirby Cove are two stunning sights in San Francisco and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Hiking down to Kirby Cove gives us incredible views of Baker Beach and the Golden Gate Bridge from below. We will explore Kirby Cove beach and the nature that surrounds it. We will begin and end the trip by crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, allowing for more views of the lovely city, the bay, and the Marin Headlands. This trip will be a total of 5.5 miles of walking on mostly flat ground with slight elevation gain.
