Join us for the 14th Annual 5K Walk, Run, Roll event at San Francisco State University! This inclusive celebration invites participants of all abilities to enjoy a scenic course while promoting fitness and community spirit. Whether you run, walk, or roll, come be part of the fun and support a great cause! The 5K Walk, Run & Roll is a community event. All participants, including community members are welcome. We strive to spread wellness excellence by creating an invigorating 5K Event centered around sportsmanship, inclusivity, and community engagement. Most importantly, the event is all-inclusive and open to all participants despite varying fitness backgrounds.   All participants will be receiving a FREE t-shirt and a lunch fit for a champion. We will also be giving away PRIZES ACROSS FOUR CATEGORIES.
