Campus Recreation Personal Training and Gator Strong Club are collaborating to put on another Gator Gains Lift Fest this Fall to give participants an opportunity to hit their personal best with the help of Personal Trainers and Gator Strong Club. This is an event where participants of all experience levels can join to hit their Personal Best in bench and deadlift.
