Through collaborative, hands-on activities and interactive exercises, participants will learn to write clear, effective prompts, apply refinement techniques such as prompt chaining, and assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to achieve more reliable and useful results in a variety of academic and non-academic contexts. Self-Care for Resilience Workshop (2 - 3 p.m.). Health, Promotion and Wellness presents strategies for positive mental health, stress management and healthy sleep habits. Engage with various self-care techniques and develop personal stress management goals. All participants will receive wellness freebies to continue self-care practices at home. While drop-ins are welcome, RSVPs are greatly appreciated.
